Because of the expensive signature We felt w need to give you the whereabouts of location and info . Just bought a 1970 fender guitar for my son for $4400 at a estate sale . In the lot along with this guitar was series of green lantern , Star Wars , and Star Trek full vintage comic series . Janet said the guitar had been under her bed for 22 years along with 3 boxes of vintage albums stored in her closet . EVERYTHING BELONGED TO HER deceased husband stating he had just passed away a year back. I took the neck of the guitar and it had the green stamping as We needed to see the authentification for spending that kind of money. Although the guitar was worth every bit we spent totally we took the comics and albums as a bonus. We never seen a Phil Ocks signature and only a few online to compare . I wouldn’t think for a second knowing the things they were selling and the lady it would not be real . Although they all look like a childs signature but I’ve seen worse . In fact I don’t even think she knew it was there. We didn’t even notice the autograph until we went through the albums until we got home. . So I figured we will list the lot of 4 Phil Ocks from that lot . The autograph looks good for what we looked at and I’ll guarantee it for up to 60 days if you want to grade it . We feel comfortable listing it with integrity . VG To VG++ Phil Ocks Albums LP 1 signed but lightly faded from collection Read. The covers might have a little wear but I guess he knew how o take care of the vinyl for records themselves being that clean for 1 owner for that many years . They all look to be V++ to nr mint. Just don’t want to advertise them this way just in case there’s a scratch ‘ I didn’t catch. Not sure how to price the loot but we will look at any offer
