This is the secret rare PROMO of The Winged Dragon of Ra from Yu-gi-oh. . Like everyone of these I have, it is NEAR MINT TO MINT. Well, it is as close to mint as can be, since I really don't think there is a truly mint card on this planet. Even cards graded 10 have some imperfection if you look long enough and have a big enough magnifying glass. It was never played. Please see the photos of the front and back. There is not a speck of white on the back and the front is just as nice. I have seen PSA 8s go for $250 or more. I have seen PSA 9s fetch $400. And I have seen PSA 10s being offered for $1,000 or more. Would this card of mine get a 10? How would I know? It is not graded. But I believe it is nicer than an 8. My price is just $218.88.
