Hello again vintage Ludwig drum fans.Here we have a very nice vintage Ludwig Supra Phonic snare drum from the 1960s.14 x 5.Keystone badge, serial numbers 133478. USA production -- the good stuff!Drum weight is 7 pounds 6 ounces.Original chrome over brass hoops. Noted at the most recorded snare drum every made, and for good reason: These vintage Supras deliver consistent performance with crisp and resonate tones and wide tuning ranges. Ideal drums for any musical style. Appreciating annually in value -- particularly Keystone 1960s badge Supras.Very good original condition, very clean brilliant chrome finish. Some areas of light to moderate surface pitting on the shell exterior finish. No dents in the shell. No added holes. Shell interior and bearing edges are clean with a bit off light surface pitting on the bottom/resonate edge -- no dents in the bearing edges. Shell is in round. Nice chrome hardware. Shell interior is very clean.Original Keystone Ludwig badge and grommet in excellent condition. Badge and grommet are fixed securely to drum shell.10 lug drum. Original P-83 throw off, original butt plate and lugs. Original white padded internal tone control muffler with external baseball bat control arm. All components in excellent working order.Coated batter head, Remo clear resonate head. Both heads in excellent condition. Original Ludwig snare wires.These vintage Supraphonic snare drums are appreciating annually between 10 and 15 percent.Fast, insured shipping, no disappointments.
