銘板から1970年の万国博覧会の住友館で、以前の所有者が購入したオルゴールであると思われます。
As interpreting the box's plaque I belive that former owner purchased Musical Jewelry Box at the Sumitomo Pavilion in the 1970 Osaka Expo
ムーブメントのローラに錆があります。
There is rust on metal cylinder of music movement
蓋の七宝焼きにヒビがあります。
There are cracks in the cloisonne on the box's lid
