This plush toy of Crash Bandicoot is an unreleased prototype made by Resaurus. They originally planned to make a line of larger bendable plush, but they ultimately never produced them. A couple of revisions of Crash and Cortex have popped up over the years, but I believe this version of Crash has never been seen. He resembles the one that was on display at Toy Fair 1999 (second photo). Same chin, small snout, nose shape, ear and eyebrow shape, glove style, and shoe shape. Sadly, the rest of the plush in the Toy Fair photo is obscured, so it's hard to make any more comparisons. One thing that differs is the lack of teeth on this plush. The Toy Fair one has them, yet they seem to have been omitted on this plush. With how many revisions there seem to be of these, this may be a very early attempt at getting the pattern down. Overall, he is in good shape. His plastic eyes have wear to the print. He stands about 14" tall. His arms and legs have wire in them, so he is able to bend. He has some staining on the bottom of one shoe. He is very heavy and well made. Unfortunately, he does not have any tags or even a trace of a tush tag. I purchased this from a collector in China, so I assume it was prototyped and then never left the country after it was made. Please see photos for best detail.
