Lios Aktinometer Light Meter COSMETIC CONDITION: This is circa 1930s or prior so it has some wear on it! Please examine the listing photos for the overall cosmetic condition of the item. MECHANICAL / OPTICAL CONDITION: Seems to "work" as in when you point it at a light source and turn the rings the finder brightens and darkens followed by the small disc changing color, its accuracy has not been tested!
