This listing is for a RARE, SIGNED AUTOGRAPHED Charles Brown lp titled Music, Maestro, Please. This is a Big Town Records 1978 release, stereo, #BT-1005. See the pics for further details. This pressing has the distinction of having been signed by Charles Brown in 1983 on the left side of the front of the jacket. It reads; To The Blonde Mari Anne, June 25, 1983. To Scotty, A Great Guy, Sincerely, Charles Brown. It's signed in blue ballpoint pen. There's another signature on the upper right corner that reads; To Scotty, From Ken Baker (according to the sticker on the back of the jacket though it looks more like Ken Barnes or something to me). The vinyl looks VG+ to me, under a strong light the naked eye. Looks rarely, if ever, played. It's dusty from the inner sleeve the vinyl still has that magnetic draw to it as it's picking up some dust, etc., while I examine it. I don't have the equipment to play this test it, so will there be some background noise from invisible marks? Probably in a quiet moment but again, I can't test it. But overall, still a fine rare lp for collectors, especially for THE AUTOGRAPH SIGNATURE area of the jacket. I DON'T HAVE A RECORD CLEANING MACHINE NOR THE LIQUID SOLUTION CLOTHS TO DO A THOROUGH JOB SO I LEAVE THAT UP TO THE BUYER TO DO SO, IF SO DESIRED. SIDE ONE: Be Fair With Me (3:25), Music Maestro, Please (2:57), Hurry Hurry Home (2:14), Drifting Along (2:50), Why Did You Leave Me (3:00), SIDE TWO: So Many Beautiful People (2:48), Love Goes Around (3:25), You Wrecked My Life (2:44), Lovin' You The Way I Do (4:17), Always Be Fair (2:58). The jacket has obvious wear, marks, scuffs, etc., all around. I'm not a guy to bullshit anybody so I'm being very critical here not gloating about the rarity, the condition, etc., like these other sellers that like to blow their own horn hear themselves talk while patting themselves on the back.
